Northpark Apartments / Covington, LA
Completed in early 2018 for $30 million, this 218 unit apartment building with garage was designed by Humphreys and Partners Architects. My responsibilities as Project Architect joining the team near the end of design included a complete review and overhaul of construction drawings, as well as very hands-on construction administration. I delegated tasks as necessary to meet project deadlines, and was intimately involved in negotiations during construction disputes.
