River House / Baton Rouge, LA
Completed in the spring of 2018 for $25 million, this five building mixed use development contains 224 dwelling units, a three story office building, and a one story retail building. My primary responsibilities were completion of construction documents and permitting. I delegated tasks to others as necessary to meet deadlines for both clients and regulatory bodies. I also reviewed contractor shop drawings and RFIs for this project during construction.
