Robley Place / Lafayette, LA
Completed in December 2016 for $25 million, this 228 unit apartment complex was designed by Humphreys + Partners Architects. While working for HPA, my primary role was construction administration, and included Owner-Architect-Contractor coordination meetings, on-site observation of the work, producing field reports from those observations, and reviewing contractor shop drawings and RFIs.
